Gently group what you need, cut above soil with scissors or a sharp knife. Harvest as you go for peak flavor. Enjoy your microgreens at every meal!

Water

Add splash of water daily over top of the greens or if you can’t water them for a few days to bottom tray. Keep it moist not soggy, for happy greens!
